Eloida

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how we handle personal data in two situations: when you visit this website or contact us through it, and when Eloida handles telephone calls on behalf of a business that uses our platform. We treat those differently, and we say which is which below.

1. Who we are

Eloida is a product of Mitoloji s.r.o., a company registered in Slovakia (IČO 56688296), with its registered office at Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia. In this policy, Eloida, we, us and our refer to Mitoloji s.r.o. For any privacy question, contact us at connect@eloida.io.

2. Information you give us

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect the details you provide — your name, company, role, email address, phone number and your message — so we can respond and follow up with you.

3. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the site, our servers keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. If, and only if, you accept our cookie banner, we also load Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure how the site is used. If you don't accept, no analytics cookies are set.

4. Call data handled on the platform

When a business uses Eloida to answer its calls, our platform processes each call as it happens — the caller's audio and a transcript, the phone numbers involved, and any details given during the conversation, such as a name, a booking or a request.

For this call data, the business is the data controller and Eloida acts as its data processor: we handle the data only on that business's instructions and under our agreement with them, never for our own purposes.

5. How we use personal data

We use the details you send us to answer your enquiry and tell you about Eloida where it's relevant. We use server logs and analytics to keep the site secure and to understand and improve it. We use platform call data only to deliver the service to the business customer — answering the call, completing the requested action, and reporting the outcome back to them.

We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles for automated decisions.

6. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

For visitors in the EU and UK, we rely on: your consent for enquiry follow-ups and for Google Analytics (given via the cookie banner); our legitimate interest in a secure, well-run website for server logs and cookieless analytics; and, for platform call data, our contract with the business customer, who is responsible for its own legal basis toward the caller.

7. Who we share data with

Website: we use Web3Forms to deliver form submissions to us, Cloudflare for content delivery and cookieless analytics, Google for Google Analytics (only if you consent), and Cal.com if you book a call with us.

Platform: to turn speech into text, generate responses and connect calls, our voice agents rely on specialist AI, speech and telephony providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, AWS and Twilio), each under its own terms and security commitments.

We share personal data only with these providers, where required by law, or with a business customer in relation to their own calls.

8. Where data is processed

For the platform, EU or US data residency is available depending on the business customer's setup. Website and enquiry data is processed within the EU/EEA wherever possible; where a provider processes data elsewhere, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

9. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact details for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data follows each provider's standard retention. Platform call data is retained according to our agreement with, and the instructions of, the business customer.

10. Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email connect@eloida.io.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Slovakia, the Office for Personal Data Protection). If your data was handled as part of a business's calls, we will pass your request to that business as the controller.

11. Security

We protect personal data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and providers chosen for their security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

12. Children

This website and the Eloida service are intended for businesses, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

13. Changes

We may update this policy as the site and service evolve. The date at the top shows the latest version.
